Dear Family & Friends,

I am pleased and honored to be asked to appear along with some of my fellow Red Wheelbarrow Poets in Oradell, N. J. at the Oradell Public Library, of which I have been Library Director since March 2010. A number of us will be presenting our poetry, which has recently been published in the third annual volume of The Rutherford Red Wheelbarrow, on this evening.

The Friends of the Oradell Public Library have arranged for the Red Wheelbarrow Poets to be featured at a special program on Monday, November 8, 2010, and we are grateful to them and to the Red Wheelbarrow Poets, especially Sondra Singer Beaulieu, who helped coordinate this program.

The program is free and light refreshments will be served.

Here are the specifics:

WHAT: Featured poets and an open mic, if time permits.

WHERE: Oradell Public Library, 375 Kinderkamack Road (with the entrance on Church Street), Oradell, NJ 07649. Phone: 201-262-2613 – Website: http://oradell.bccls.org/index.html

WHEN: Monday, November 8, 2010

TIME: 7 p. m. The Library closes at 9 p. m.

Copies of The Rutherford Red Wheelbarrow will be on sale.

This group just had a very successful reading at neighboring Haworth Public Library on Monday, October 12th.

For me this is an even more special honor, since this takes place at the Oradell Public Library, which has become a second home to me. I am pleased and proud to serve the community of Oradell in such a beautiful place.

Please come out and support us.

Love & Peace,
